For the time being, i will be offering refunds to any citizen of ACanada on Earth bucks you purchase from me as long as you are registered on the forums. With conditions that you stay in ACanada to use those earthbucks *as it will help our country grow*. i also reserve the right to refuse to refund *if you buy way to much earthbucks and i cant keep up with the costs* so limit your perchases please.

so it seems once you are over lvl 10 i can not simply send the money to you, so to work around it i suggest keeping a few low ql meals handy to sell to me for the amount owed that is the easiest way i can think of as i sell meals for 1ac in ottawa.

I did this today and was relatively easy.
There were taxes taken out of the "sale" but since they go to our own country and cities, it helps all around.
If no one else is going to use this offer, I may be doing it again if it is still available late next week

If not, put an item for sale on the market for about the amount that you spent. He will then buy that over priced item, getting you most of the money back.
